General Terms:
- Re-Delivery Terms: If delivery is attempted but the recipient is unresponsive, unavailable, or requests a delay, re-delivery of the item in its current condition will incur a fee of AED 30 (Sharjah & Ajman) or AED 60 (other Emirates). If the item’s condition is unsatisfactory, a new order must be placed. Re-delivery will take place in the next available time slot after the recipient confirms.
- No Response from Recipient: If the recipient does not respond, the sender will be notified. If the sender also does not respond within 24 hours, the order will be canceled with no refund.
- Incorrect Recipient Information: Flower Corner Flowers LLC is not responsible for misdeliveries due to incorrect recipient information. In such cases, a new order will need to be placed.
- Changes to Card Messages: Requests to change printed card messages after order confirmation will incur a charge of AED 10.
- Balloons: The lifespan of balloons varies depending on storage conditions. BloomingBox is not liable for any damage caused by improper handling or storage.
Order Refusal:
- During Address Capture: If the order is refused by the recipient and preparation has not started, a refund may be issued. If preparation has begun, no refund will be provided.
- Upon Delivery: If refused at delivery, no refund will be given, and the sender must provide an alternative recipient, with a re-delivery charge of AED 30 (Sharjah & Ajman) or AED 50 (other Emirates) applied.
Shipping Charges: Flower Corner Flowers LLC delivers across the UAE, except to non-serviceable areas listed below, with fees varying by location, time slot and city. Please refer to the table below for detailed information:

Redelivery & Address Changes
- If the receiver is unavailable, the product will be returned to the warehouse, and re-delivery charges will apply: AED 30 (Sharjah & Ajman) or AED 60 (other Emirates).
- An address change after the order has been dispatched will incur additional charges as above.
- If the address provided by the receiver is in a non-serviced area, a refund will not be issued. Instead, a store credit voucher for the full amount will be provided. Alternatively, the sender has the option to change the receiver’s details and location in both cases.
- If a delivery order is placed without specifying the recipient’s location and is later updated with a location outside the delivery coverage area, the order will be rescheduled to the next available delivery time slot, and the delivery charges will be non-refundable.
Re-Delivery and Address Changes: If the recipient is unavailable, the item will be returned to our warehouse and re-delivery charges will apply. Address changes after dispatch are also subject to additional charges.
Returns
Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:
- Quality Issues: If there’s an issue with the product quality confirmed by Flower Corner, a replacement, product of equal value, or a full refund will be provided. Cake replacements must be requested within 3 hours of delivery.
- Quantity Issues: If the received order quantity is incorrect, a new item or refund proportional to the missing items will be provided.
Replacements will be scheduled in the next delivery slot if requested before 6 pm. Requests after 6 pm will be handled the next day.
Address Confirmation Process
- Once an address is provided by the sender during checkout, it is considered confirmed, and the recipient will not be contacted by Flower Corner Flowers LLC. Flower Corner is not liable for any issues arising from incorrect addresses provided by the sender.
- If marked “Call Receiver for Address,” delivery timing may be affected based on when the address is provided. Flower Corner will attempt to confirm the address three times before canceling the order with no refund if 48 hours have passed from the time of purchase.
- We will attempt to call the number provided by the sender. If the recipient’s number is incorrect, resulting in the wrong address being used, we are not responsible, and the item cannot be retrieved. A new order will need to be placed to resend the item.
- Flower Corner will make three attempts to confirm the delivery address:
- First Attempt: An automated SMS will be sent to the recipient’s provided phone number.
- Second Attempt: If there is no response within one hour of the first attempt, we will call the recipient to confirm the address. (Note: Calls will be made between 9 AM and 6 PM. Calls after 6 PM will be made only for Priority deliveries.)
- Third Attempt: If there is no response to the second attempt, a third and final automated SMS will be sent to confirm the address.
Order Cancellation and Delivery Rescheduling
- If the address is not provided within the cutoff time for the time slots mentioned below, the order will be automatically moved to the next available slot.
- If there is still no response from the receiver after these attempts, the order will be canceled. No refund will be issued if 48 hours have passed since the time of purchase.
- If a delivery is rescheduled for more than one day and the item has already been prepared, the sender must either choose a different receiver or the item will be discarded as waste. In this case, the sender will need to purchase the item again to send it out
