Refunds & Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order with Flower Corner, the amount will be refunded as store credit. In cases where an order cancellation qualifies for a cash refund, a 8% deduction will apply to the original amount to cover bank fees.

If an order is placed for a specific timeframe and there is no response from the recipient during the address confirmation process, the order will automatically be moved to the next available delivery slot without a refund for additional delivery charges, as Flower Corner has fulfilled the service. Please note that, if for any agreed reason, Flower Corner approves a refund, it may take 4–12 days to process as per the issuing payment gateway’s rules and regulations. For deliveries in non-serviceable areas, the customer can either provide an alternative recipient within a serviceable area or an alternate, serviceable address for the original recipient. In cases where the order is canceled, the purchase value will be returned as store credit.

Returns

Returns may be initiated under the following conditions:

  1. Quality: If there is an issue with the quality of a received order, and this issue is confirmed by Flower Corner, you may request a replacement, an item of equal value, or a full refund. For cake orders, replacements can only be accepted within 3 hours of receiving the cake.
  2. Quantity: If the order received does not match the quantity ordered, and this discrepancy is confirmed by Flower Corner, you may request a replacement item or a fair refund corresponding to the value of any missing items.

Replacements will be scheduled for the next available delivery slot if the request is made before 6 p.m. For requests made after 6 p.m., replacements will be processed on the following day.
