Delivery Policies
– All delivery addresses must be provided. If no address is given, we will attempt to contact the recipient, but delivery may be delayed.
– If the recipient is unavailable, our driver will attempt to re-deliver, subject to a redelivery charge.
Product Image and Representation
The images on Flower Corner’s platforms represent its products; however, some variations may occur:
- Flower Color: If there is a variation in the shade of flower colors, Flower Corner will notify you with options to change or delay the order.
- Handmade Cakes: Due to the handmade nature, cakes may vary slightly in color, shape, and message font from the product image.
Order Modification
Order modifications cannot be made once the order is prepared.
General Terms for Delivery Attempts
If the recipient is unresponsive or unavailable, the item can be re-delivered the next day for an additional charge (AED 35 in Sharjah / AED 60 in other cities). If the item’s condition is unsatisfactory, the sender must re-purchase it, with the next delivery available after recipient confirmation.
Order Refusal
- If the recipient refuses the order during the address confirmation stage and it has not been prepared, a refund will be issued. If prepared, no refund will be provided. The sender must provide an alternative recipient.
- If the recipient refuses the order upon delivery, it will be returned to Flower Corner, and the sender must provide an alternative recipient, with a re-delivery charge of AED 35 in Sharjah / AED 60 other cities.
By providing materials to the company, including by submitting or uploading content or materials for use on the site, you represent and warrant that you, or the owner of all rights to such content or materials, have expressly granted the company an irrevocable, worldwide right in all languages and in perpetuity to use and exploit all or any part of the content and materials provided by you. The company may publish and distribute any submitted content or materials at its sole discretion, by any existing or future methods.
You agree to waive all claims and have no recourse against the company for any alleged or actual infringement or misappropriation of any proprietary rights in any communication, content, or material submitted to the company.
